Good and good for you. SO good.
These are full of healthy ingredients – lean ground turkey, onions, celery, carrot shavings and lettuce, to name a few. Plus, they taste awesome and are really easy to make. Just saute onions, add and brown the turkey (season with salt and pepper) add 1/2 cup of buffalo wing sauce and simmer for a few minutes. Then scoop the mixture into a little lettuce cup, top with carrot shavings and chopped celery, add some blue cheese dressing and they’re ready to eat!
